Colombia

Colombia is a spanish speaking country located at the top of South America. Its culture is known as Colombians. Colombia has coasts on both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. Their culture melded with those of the conquistadors that conquered them. Instead of resistance to the foriegn culture they accepted and changed it. The 1,550 types of birds and covering 440,000 square mile the diverse traditions of Equador are very much their own. The Colombian coffee crop is the finest and renowned for strong, rich flavor.  A typical meal is identified by size rather than content, such as a light breakfast, a substantive midday lunch, and a lighter meal in the early evening. As in many cultures influenced by Europe and in southern climates, the climax of meals is the lunch, not dinner like in the U.S and other countries.
